What happens after the 30-day support period on Build & Own?
Your system runs independently on its own. If you want ongoing updates or changes after day 30, you can move to the Managed Retainer — or just pay per change. We'll always be available.
Can I upgrade from Build & Own to Managed Retainer later?
Absolutely. Many businesses start with Build & Own and upgrade once they see the value. We'll credit your existing build against the retainer setup.
Are there any other costs I should know about?
There are small third-party platform costs (the AI voice infrastructure) that we'll walk you through on the call. These are typically a few euro per month and are separate from our fee. No surprises.
Does the price change as my business grows?
